Jill Diaz revisited yoga 6 years ago, after the birth of her second child. Looking for serenity, and a place to quiet her mind and tone her body, Jill found herself coming to yoga classes. Her passion for alternative medicine and natural healing then opened the door for her in seeking a yoga instructor certification. She was certified as a RYT 200 Instructor at Yoga for Peace in Southgate in 2010 and has been teaching ever since.
Jill guides each class with excitement, passion, and compassion. She is warm and caring, dedicated to delivering a yoga class to fulfill the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. Jill will greet you with a kind, inviting smile and meet you exactly where you are, and then deliver a creative flow sequence that is fun and challenging without being overwhelming. She has a no-pressure approach to classes and to life in general, making all her students feel instantly comfortable. At home, Jill enjoys a loving and supportive family of four as she faces each and every day with a fresh dose of cheer.
