FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What Measures Are Being Taken To Ensure My Safety?

Advanced Holistic Health has been in contact with world  massage organizations as well as keeping up to date with  recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO). All staff members are practicing social distancing and cleaning all surfaces following every service.


Your therapist may choose to wear PPE (Face mask, face shield, smock top, etc.) but it is not required.

What should I expect when attending my appointment?

A lot has changed in our clinic and we will do our best to help ease you into the new normal. 


Upon entering the clinic you will be required to remove your shoes while in the vestibule and place them into one of the provided fabric bags. Hand sanitizer is also available for your personal use. Upon completion of this step your therapist will unlock the front vestibule door and take you in to checkout and begin your session.


After your session you may put your shoes back on and exit via the door at the rear of the massage corridor. 

What should I wear?

Face masks are no longer required but are recommended as some of our staff and the other clients have compromised immune systems. Being a medically based massage clinic, we see persons in all walks of life and pride ourselves on offering a safe place for their treatment. 

Can I Pay in Cash?

Advanced  Holistic Health is currently not accepting cash payments or tips. Card  and electronic payments are acceptable alternatives to pay for your services. This change will help to keep our clinic hygienic and low risk.

Can I Still Leave A Tip For My Therapist?

Yes, our therapists always  appreciate the generosity of our clients. Our therapists have several options for you to  leave gratuity including, but not limited to: Paypal, CashApp, Square,  and Venmo. 


Therapists may accept cash tips at their own discretion.

Are Your Hours Changing?

Clinic hours vary as our therapists are independent contractors and make their own schedules. Therapist availability can be seen via the Square booking agent on the home page. Walk ins are not accepted and all appointments are being booked online at this time.
