Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, consisting primarily of manual (hands-on) techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and moving muscles and body tissues.
Sometimes 60 minutes just isn't enough. 90 Minute sessions as preferred by both client and therapist due to the ability of the therapist to perform a full body massage while getting the appropriate amount of time to address focus areas.
Sometimes our bodies are in need of a bit more time to really address the areas of concern. A 2 hour session could be right for you. This amount of time allows the therapist to be thorough with your focus areas and still get a full body session
The following items can be added on to any massage:
Massage cupping is a modified version of the common practice of cupping therapy, used in traditional Chinese medicine. Essential oils are added to the massage experience to trigger the limbic system, enhancing your level of energy, relaxation or cleansing.
