The 60 minute introductory massage is a rejuvenating and relaxing experience that is designed to introduce clients to the world of massage therapy. This service is perfect for anyone who is curious about massage or for those who are looking to try a new therapist.
Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, consisting primarily of manual (hands-on) techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and moving muscles and body tissues.
Sometimes 60 minutes just isn't enough. 90 Minute sessions as preferred by both client and therapist due to the ability of the therapist to perform a full body massage while getting the appropriate amount of time to address focus areas.
Sometimes our bodies are in need of a bit more time to really address the areas of concern. A 2 hour session could be right for you. This amount of time allows the therapist to be thorough with your focus areas and still get a full body session
Reiki is an ancient healing method used to manipulate energy flow in the body. Similar to acupuncture or acupressure, Reiki aims to eliminate blocks to enable relaxation, relieve pain, and speed healing!
ADD-ON SERVICES
The following items can be added on to any massage at the time of your appointment.
CBD Oil
This oil is great for full body massage or spot treatments and contains 125 mg per oz. of pure CBD Isolate alongside soothing certified organic oils. The CBD is derived from hemp plants grown in the western United States. Free of nut oils, gluten, and fragrance.
Cupping
Massage cupping is a modified version of the common practice of cupping therapy, used in traditional Chinese medicine. Through suction and negative pressure, massage cupping releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils are added to the massage experience to trigger the limbic system, enhancing your level of energy, relaxation or cleansing.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy and near infrared light therapy uses our bodies natural responses to increase collagen production! Red light can help reduce fin lines & wrinkles, reduce joint pain, provide mental clarity, and aid in muscle recovery!
