Our red Light Therapy sessions resemble a standard massage with the addition of a Red Light Therapy mat underneath the bottom sheet of the massage table, providing exposure for the entirety of your massage therapy session.
Your therapist may also offer you the option of a facial red light exposure during your session, but this is optional.
Eye protection is recommended for Red Light Therapy sessions with direct exposure to the face. The Red Light Therapy mats used in our Red Light Therapy sessions do NOT apply direct exposure to the face so eye protection is not required unless you opt for the facial exposure.
Protective eye coverings will be provided upon request at the time of your Red Light Therapy session.
Our Red Light Therapy sessions are in an add-on format. This means that you can add Red Light Therapy to any length of massage therapy session!

Research shows that Red Light Therapy is safe for a majority of the population, but people who fall into the following categories should not receive the treatment:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Eye Disease
- Light Sensitivity
- Hyperthyroidism
- Malignant Cancers
- Recent Burns
